James Naughton – 2 day Landscape Painting workshop – in oils- 7th/8th March 2025

A Guide to Landscape Painting in Oils – Two day course – James will start by setting out the principles of realistic Landscape painting. He will then guide participants in shifting from this simple theory onto a number of exercises, designed to encourage an intuitive approach to materials, as well as avoiding the challenges that oil paint can present. The workshops will conclude by bringing all the aspects of the course together in a finished colour study in Oils. Suitable for all levels of experience.
